OKOKOK I want answers

Ok so if you read a shampoo bottle , it tells you to wash rinse repeat , what I would like to know is who here does what it says on the bottle , Or do you just wash and then condition or shampoo twice and then condition ??? Just wondering ..its a pretty intence topic ...!!!

i do my own thing, i don't listen to what the bottle says. lUlz Oh, and i wash, shampoo, condition, and then shampoo again.

i shampoo ...shampoo again ....then shampoo one more time for good luck then i condition it .... then i shampoo it 2 more times then i get out nd take sum advil for tha headache....
